On request, the modular buildings of BÖCKER Projektbau in Werne are completely tiled, equipped with external plaster facade and electrical installations and insulated according to the latest EnEV energy-saving regulations 2014 / 2016 (with renewable energy heating law per square metre | Erneuerbare-Energien-Wärmegesetz). Your modular house is industrially prefabricated up to 90 per cent in the factory. The modular design saves a lot of time and money.
